Shuttle Coordinator
The shuttle coordinator reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Duties:
- Receive, review, and approve shuttle requests from community members
- Assign confirmed shuttle runs to available drivers
- Ensure vehicles are clean and fueled up for shuttle runs
- Ensure that wallets are properly stocked with change for shuttle runs
- Coordinate cash payments and online payment for shuttle runs and report earnings to accounting
- Coordinate school shuttle service with Metropolitan school or other international schools
- Drive shuttle when needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Working Hours
Weekly hours anticipated to be 5 to 10 hours per week, based on customer demand.
