This morning, Vodafone’s local installation company visited the Siedlung. Their lead engineer conducted a comprehensive review of our system. He found that our infrastructure is sound and working as it should.
He installed two new amplifiers to improve the signal as it enters our network. This is why some community members may have had a brief interruption in service today, yet your service should be back up and running.
If you notice that your service is not working as it should, reach out to our team at [email protected] and we will reach out to Vodafone on your behalf.

Reassignment of TV frequencies on October 31, 2023
Vodafone will be making changes to the frequency spectrum to improve the performance of their cable, telephone and internet services. The changes will take place on October 31, 2023 starting at 5:00 a.m. These upgrades will provide TV programs in brilliant picture and sound quality, a larger variety of HD channels and access to giga-fast Internet in the broadband expansion area.
As your TV channels are getting new frequencies, your Xoro box (receiver) will automatically conduct a station search. In the best case scenario, you won't notice because the upgrades happen at night. Just make sure that the TV receiver is connected to the power supply. If the station search does not work automatically, please reset your receiver manually.
If you have questions or issues after using CSA's troubleshooting guide (https://www.csafrankfurt.com/media-services-troubleshooting.html), please email [email protected] and you CSA Frankfurt team will assist you.
Thank you!

Some of the German channels have changed their frequency and there was an onscreen message and an email sent by Vodafone instructing customers to rescan their cable receivers. The English language channels are not affected. However, this process changes the existing channel list.
You can change the channel list back to what you had before. There are two methods to do so:
The channels labelled SYFY and Universal are no longer broadcasting. The have been temporarily replaced with TLC and HGTV.
