CSA, in conjunction with the German telecommunications company Vodafone, provides services to our community. Vodafone provides a number of service plans that include internet and landline telephone services.
Plan Options
CSA Basic Service
CSA basic service includes cable television service and accessibility to Vodafone services. In order to receive Vodafone services, you must also have CSA service. Signup for Vodafone services for customers on the Siedlung MUST be made through CSA.
GIGA Zuhause 500
Gigabit Internet Download 500/Upload 50 mbits with telephone flat rate to the German landline and mobile networks.
19,99€ monthly for 12 months, then 54,99€ mo nthly. Plan includes a standard modem at no additional cost for 24 months, then 2,99€ mo nthly.
GIGA Zuhause 1000
Gigabit Internet Download 1000/Upload 50 mbits with telephone flat rate to the German landline and mobile networks.
19,99€ monthly for 12 months, then 64,99€ monthly. Plan includes a standard modem at no additional cost for 24 months, then 2,99€ mo nthly.
CableMax 1000
Gigabit Internet Download 1000/Upload 50 mbits with telephone flat rate to the German landline and mobile networks.
44.99€ monthly for the entire contract. Plan includes a standard modem at no additional cost for 24 months, then 2,99€ mo nthly.
Consulate-Issued Laptops: Teleworking Needs
As of September 2021, Vodafone GIGA Zuhause Plans utilize modems that support IPV6 and IPV4 technology. This meets the technology needs of US-government issued laptops for teleworking.
