The Community Support Association is seeking a dynamic School Registar to support the overall operation of the Carl Schurz School, an American-style preschool.

Key duties include:
- Processing new applications and registering new students in the appropriate classes.
- Invoicing and tracking monthly billing for school tuition.
- Tracking and notifying parents of late payments
- Maintaining weekly student attendance records.
- Assisting in the dissemination of information to parents and staff.
- Planning, assisting, and directing the daily activities of the administrative office.
- Acting as the director's back-up in his/her absence.
- Assisting nursery and school staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience in billing.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks.
