Accounting and Office Assistant
CSA Frankfurt is seeking an Accounting and Office Assistant for our daily administrative and accounting procedures. The Accounting and Office Assistant will primarily help with daily account procedures, including counting cash and preparing deposits. They may also work with the General Manager and Retail Manager to help coordinate community events.
Key Duties:
- Receiving, processing, and verifying accuracy of daily retail sales
- Preparing and making bank deposits for both Euro and U.S. dollar accounts
- Maintaining and controlling the petty cash fund
- Submitting and tracking maintenance and service requests
- Managing rentals including contracts and liability waivers
- Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist and ensure completion of all (including retail locations) new-hire paperwork, including coordination of ongoing security clearance access for employees and concessionaires, coordinating with Consulate HR
- Assist the General Manager with office admin-related tasks
- Assist General Manager, Event Specialist and Retail Manager with organizing community events
- Manage inventory of office supplies and work with retail team for replenishment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 year office work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Cash-handling experience preferred
Working Hours:
This position is a part-time position (up to 20 hours per week).
