Accounting and Office Assistant
CSA Frankfurt is seeking an Accounting and Office Assistant for our daily administrative and accounting procedures. The Accounting and Office Assistant will primarily help with daily account procedures, including counting cash and preparing deposits and admin tasks for the office. They will also work with the General Manager and Retail Manager to help coordinate community events.
Key Duties:
- Receiving, processing, and verifying accuracy of daily sales from the shops
- Receiving and processing job ticket requests
- Preparing and making bank deposits for both Euro and U.S. dollar accounts
- Maintaining and controlling the petty cash fund
- Submitting and tracking maintenance and service requests
- Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Using MS Office to prepare spreadsheets, email correspondence, etc.
- Assist with new hire paperwork, including coordination of ongoing security clearance access for employees and concessionaires
- Assist the General Manager with office admin-related tasks
- Assist General Manager and Retail Manager with coordinating community events
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 year office work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Cash-handling experience preferred
Working Hours:
This position is a part-time position (up to 30 hours per week).
