Fieldhouse and Patio Rental

Rental Fees
  •  Rental Fee: $75 for the first four hours, $25 for every additional hour
  •  Security & Cleaning Deposit: $150, refunded after the function has been held assuming all conditions of this agreement have been met. All funds due must be paid in full by the date of the event.
  •  Deposits must be in the form of a check made payable to Community Support Association. Cash deposits are not accepted.

​Rules and Regulations
CSA reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the following conditions are not met:
  • You must be a Mission ID Card holder to rent CSA facilities.
  • Renter is responsible for the condition of the rented facility.
  • All events must end no later than the start of quiet hours.
  • The renter takes supervisory responsibility for the participation and conduct of all guests and invited visitors during the entire length of the scheduled event. This includes the cost associated with any losses or damages.
    • All guests must have identification and the renter is responsible to ensure that outside visitors are only present at the invitation of a badge holder/community resident.
    • If there is a security issue during your event, please contact the guards, RSO or local police depending on the seriousness of the issue.
    • The renter must clear the Fieldhouse of all guests at the end of their event.
    • The Fieldhouse is to be left in the condition in which it was found. All decorations must be removed and all event trash removed from the Fieldhouse. Renter is responsible for cleaning up all areas including restrooms. A cleaning checklist will be provided to you.
  • The Fieldhouse is open for reservations Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Personal use of the kitchen is not permitted for any Fieldhouse reservations.
  • No outside food is permitted inside the Fieldhouse without prior consent from CSA. For catering options, please contact CSA for our current vendor list.
  • No outside alcohol is permitted in any CSA facility without prior consent from CSA.
    • ​ If the event is on a day that the Fieldhouse Wunderbar is closed, the Wunderbar can be rented and tended by a CSA bartender for an extra fee of $15 per hour as a cash bar. 
    • CSA is also able to provide you with the option to pre-purchase beer and wine from our bar stock to self-serve at your event as well.
    • To consume alcoholic beverages at the Fieldhouse or Wunderbar, you must be 21 years or older.
*Fundraisers do not have to pay the Fieldhouse rental fee if the event is open to the entire community, however they must pay the Security & Cleaning Deposit which will be refunded after all conditions of the agreement have been met.

Cancellation Policy
The renter or CSA may cancel the reservation, without penalty, if cancelled at least seven days prior to the function.

  
   Fieldhouse and Patio Cleaning List                                                                                      
 
  • All trash cans must be emptied and brought to the dumpsters located behind the kitchen.
  •  All trash cans must have a new trash bag (bags located in locker by restrooms) placed in the trash can. 
  • All furniture (tables and chairs) must be wiped clean, and all furniture must be returned to its original location.
  •  All possessions and/or equipment belonging to you or your guests must be removed from the premises. 
  • The floor must be swept and/or mopped after function.
  •  Check the restrooms, pick up trash, clean if necessary. 
  • All personal decorations must be taken down.
  •  If an agreement has not been made with the bar vendor, no items in bar are available be used and replaced by renter.  
  • If the Barbeque has been used, empty remaining charcoal and ash from the grill itself, as well as surrounding areas. The grill itself needs to be cleaned.
 
**Above is the agreed upon cleaning of both Field House and Patio. Please ensure that the facility is cleaned after your function. If the facility is not returned in the manner which it was received, the deposit will not be refunded.
