Retail and Purchasing Manager
CSA Frankfurt is looking for a Retail Manager to efficiently manage CSA's retail establishments and purchasing needs.
Key Duties:
- The Retail and Purchasing Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
- The employee is responsible for CSA retail operations on the Siedlung and at the Consulate.
- This position includes hiring, staffing and training of staff at Die Wunderbar, the Quickshop and the Shoppette.
- Responsible for rentals of Fieldhouse and CSA equipment.
- Oversees the operation of CSA's retail locations including the Quickshop, Die Wunderbar, the Shoppette and other temporary or new retail establishments.
- Place and receive inventory orders in a timely manner to ensure that stock levels remain consistent.
- Provide inventory reports for COOGS calculation to Finance Director as needed.
- Perform pricing controls to ensure that all items are priced correctly.
- Maintain and update point of ales system for retail locations.
- Coordinate with General Manager about stock levels, transfers and wastage.
- Coordinate with General Manager about stock control by calculating levels of supply and demand for services and products.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail and/or hospitality environment
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent customer service habits
- Accounting skills
- Vendor relations and contract management
- Appetite for inspiring fun
- Must have a current driver's license
- Must have purchasing privileges at the US base in Wiesbaden (base access card and yellow base purchasing card)
Working Hours:
This position is a part-time position (25 hours per week).
