Welcome to the CSA Package Delivery Service
This is a service whereby you can authorize CSA to collect your packages from the Consulate mailroom so you don’t have to leave the Siedlung. Here is how it works:
With your permission, we will retrieve your packages from the mailroom. We will get them within two days of when you forward us the email from the mailroom indicating you have a package (Send email to [email protected]). We will deliver the packages to the Field House office. We will then notify you and will be available at the Field House between 6-8p Tuesdays and Thursdays for you to collect your package. Delivery to your Siedlung residence is available at an extra cost (€10) and only by special request.
Here are the subscription options:
Six-month subscription starting September 1 = €150
One-year subscription starting September 1 = €300
December subscription = €100
In order to have an active subscription, you will need to pay the above fees but also fill in a permission form telling the mailroom that CSA is authorized to get your packages. There will be an addendum to that form listing the CSA personnel who will be collecting packages on any given day. Without payment AND completed forms, we cannot perform the service.
This is a test of a new service. We will honor subscriptions once started but reserve the right to change the signup terms for new subscribers at any time.

Unclaimed Packages:
Packages must be picked up within 7 days of notification. After that, we charge €2/day for storage, up to a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to return or dispose of unclaimed packages. If you are unable to pick up within the standard timeframe, you may request delivery for €10 or coordinate a new pickup time at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Liability:
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Our role is to retrieve and hold items on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee package condition or mailroom accuracy.
Subscription Limits:
Packages larger/heavier than DPO standard (even if local delivery) will incur a €10 surcharge.
Maximum size is 27 inches x 14 inches x 14 inches or 83 inches in length plus girth combined.
Maximum weight per box is Lbs. 70.
Subscription includes up to 20 packages per month. Customers receiving packages in excess of this limit may incur additional fees or result in service reevaluation.
Subscriptions only start on the first of September. Anyone wishing to subscribe after that date can do so for the full fee of the chosen subscription period.
There are no refunds
Surcharges for oversized packages or delayed retrieval must be paid before the package is handed over or delivered.
