Schedule of Events and Notations
5:00pm: Attendees begin to arrive at the Westin
5:45pm: Ceremony begins
Note: Entry into the ballroom will not be permitted during the ceremony; please arrive promptly.
6:30pm: Dinner begins
10:00pm: Event ends, guests depart
Arrival Notes:
- Guests will be checked in by the security detail; each guest must bring a photo ID.
- Tables will be numbered with a seating chart at the venue's entrance displaying individuals' names and which table they should sit at.
- Hors d'oeuvres will be provided, and the bar is open.
- Entering the ballroom is not permitted once the ceremony begins at 5:45pm. Those arriving after the ceremony begins will have to wait until 6:30pm to enter the ballroom.
- Parking in the area may be difficult; please plan. Note: Underground hotel parking is not permitted for attendees.

- Chicken breast cooked with mild chili on a colorful couscous salad and chopped coriander
Main Course:
- Fine veal cream goulash with sautéed wild mushrooms, shallots, and a hint of green pepper
- Small rump steaks with truffled sautéed cabbage
- Salmon poached whole in fine coconut milk with exotic spices and coriander
- Colorful vegetables from the Frankfurt market with toasted almond slivers
- Potato noodles sauteed in sage butter with crispy onions
- Potato and cream casserole with cheddar cheese au gratin
- Vegan: Strozapreti pasta with colorful lentil vegetables, pumpkin, vegan feta, spinach leaves and chervil
Dessert:
- Light and dark chocolate mousse with plum compote
- Vegan orange berry tartlet
- Mango coconut cream with mango ragout and chia seeds

Beverages
Your ticket includes all drinks for the evening except liquor, which must be purchased at the bar.
Attire
- Formal attire is required for this event.
- For Marines, the dress code is Blue Alphas, with no gloves or covers. Note: Ensure appropriate transportation is arranged between your residence and the event site. No one should be seen around town in uniform.
