Communications Coordinator

CSA Frankfurt is looking for a   dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator    to enhance our outreach and engagement efforts.
This part-time role is ideal for a creative and organized individual who has a strong interest in community building and skilled in communication strategies.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's social media platforms. 
  • Develop and schedule engaging content to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to comments and messages.
  • ​Plan, coordinate and execute community events, including logistics, promotion and day-of management.
  • Work with vendors, volunteers and stakeholders to ensure successful events. 
  • Serve as    the primary point of contact with the CLO (Community Liaison   Office) to maintain alignment on community initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the CSA and the CLO Office.
  • Manage CSA's events calendar.

​Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in community    engagement is a plus.​

​Working Hours:

This position is a part-time   position    (up to 15 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.   Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on event needs.
